Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Artlincor. If you face any unexpected issues, we guarantee a smooth and easy return process.

Returns and Exchanges

Upon receiving your item, you have a 30-day window to request a return or exchange. Provided the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at marketing@artlincor.com. Once the returned item is received, we promptly inspect it and, if applicable, send out a brand-new device to fulfill your request, prioritizing your satisfaction and ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Item Damage

If your order arrives damaged, promptly contact us at marketing@artlincor.com with photo evidence. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Refunds

Refunds are processed promptly upon receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method, with a 1-2 business day processing time.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


Additional Return Policy:

Beyond this, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, except for corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may have different terms. (Note: An order exceeding 10 units is considered a bulk order.) Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at Artlincor’s warehouse, the refund process will start.

  • Returns must include all accessories

  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Artlincor refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
