International Shipping

Orders from our Distribution Center are shipped globally using standard shipping, typically arriving within 2-15 days. Delays may occur due to increased holiday volume or severe weather.

United States and Canada: 2-7 days from our US warehouse.

The other countries, 7-15 days from our Distribution Center:

Returns and Refunds

Experiencing issues? Contact us within 30 days of receiving the items.

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Once the returned item arrives back at Artlincor’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must include original packaging.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Artlincor refunds the cost of the product itself.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
